Description

Lead testing operations for complex Telecom projects, serving as the primary technical authority for stakeholders and owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle from strategy definition through defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize test strategies and plans by analyzing application architecture, technology stacks, and domain requirements.
• Manage project risks by assessing potential impacts and defining clear mitigation or contingency plans.
• Monitor overall test progress and oversee end-to-end defect management processes.
• Build and scale testing teams tailored to specific project skillsets and operational opportunities.
• Provide status dashboards, reports, and insights regarding automation coverage, performance metrics, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in testing roles within the Telecom sector.
• Extensive hands-on experience with OSS / BSS testing environments.
• Proven ability to design and execute test strategies under tight timelines.
• Experience in team building, resource management, and technical direction.
• Strong risk assessment capabilities and clear communication skills.
• Expertise in defect management systems and progress monitoring techniques.
• Ability to provide technical guidance for automation and performance testing initiatives.
