You will lead system test efforts across R&D projects to ensure product quality and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies for verification, integration, and validation of power system products.
• Plan and execute system-level, integration, and element-level testing including feature, regression, and validation.
• Develop and maintain automated test infrastructure to improve testing efficiency.
• Lead go/no-go release decisions by assessing test results, coverage, and system stability.
• Guide and mentor test engineers while providing status reporting and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading software and hardware testing teams.
• Expertise in test strategies and system-level testing for power systems, embedded systems, or industrial automation.
• Proficiency with Modbus, CAN, and IEC 61850 communication protocols.
• Experience conducting regulatory compliance testing.
• Deep knowledge of Regression, Functional, Performance, Black Box, White Box, and Integration testing.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and managing traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Experience managing international or multi-site project development.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
