Description

You will manage the entire testing lifecycle for software projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive Performance Test Plans and Test Strategies alongside Developers, BAs, and POs.
• Plan and manage the full testing lifecycle, covering script creation, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare test scripts, manage test data, and execute tests using advanced tools.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of test results and produce professional test reports.
• Maintain all necessary test documentation and artifacts.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in testing, test automation, and test management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Ability to leverage Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities in daily work.
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Jira X-Ray is a plus.
