Description

Lead system testing phases and manage multi-organizational test teams. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute unit, system, integration, user acceptance, regression, and performance testing.
• Select and implement automated test tools and related testing software.
• Manage test teams consisting of members from multiple organizations.
• Oversee the full testing lifecycle to ensure quality standards are met.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in system testing and test planning.
• Expertise in unit testing and system testing.
• Proven experience managing multi-organizational test teams.
• Hands-on experience with automated test tool selection and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage integration and regression testing cycles.
• Experience executing user acceptance and performance testing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
