Description

Lead testing operations and offshore deliverables for web applications and Oracle systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, cutover activities, and release-specific testing scopes.
• Manage offshore deliverables and lead day-to-day team activities for enhancement projects.
• Define testing metrics and measurements for both the product and the testing team.
• Facilitate meetings across individual, cross-functional, and executive-level teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Business Analytics teams on technology execution.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of IT industry experience.
• 4-5 years of dedicated Project Management experience.
• Extensive experience testing Web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and HCM applications.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure teams.
• Ability to drive decisions alongside Business Analytics teams.
