Description

You will lead the testing lifecycle to ensure software quality across web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to analyze requirements and ensure testability.
• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements.
• Execute manual testing for functionality, usability, and performance, including regression testing.
• Document and report defects in Jira, working with developers to drive resolutions.
• Track quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and pass/fail rates.
• Partner with automation testers to transition manual cases into automated scripts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and management.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in functional testing and creating testing artifacts.
• Experience with Jira and TestRail or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Basic SQL skills for database validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of automation tools including Selenium and Appium.
