Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for web and mobile applications, ensuring software quality through rigorous manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to analyze requirements and define testability criteria.
• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts based on functional specifications.
• Execute manual testing for functionality, usability, and performance, including regression suites.
• Document defects in Jira and partner with developers to drive timely resolutions.
• Transition manual test cases into automated scripts in coordination with automation engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and test management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in functional testing and creating testing artifacts.
• Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with Jira and TestRail or equivalent test management tools.
• Basic SQL skills for database validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of automation tools including Selenium and Appium.
