Responsibilities

• Manage remote resources and offshore teams to ensure timely testing delivery.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Apply software development lifecycle and testing methodologies to all project phases.
• Solve complex technical problems through analytical testing approaches.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management position.
• 2+ years of experience managing offshore teams and remote resources.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong proficiency in testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
