Description

Lead testing projects and validation efforts within the pharmaceutical domain. Own the release pipeline and ensure compliance with GxP standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce overall test delivery plans and define business test deliverable milestones.
• Manage demand, capacity planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications across multiple towers.
• Estimate test efforts and plan resources for all assigned projects.
• Coordinate test and release activities with development teams and project stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and implement test process improvements based on feedback.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in GxP validation testing within the pharmaceutical domain.
• 3+ years of experience managing testing projects across multiple towers.
• Extensive experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in risk-based testing approaches.
• Experience with RCA and CAPA processes.
• Strong background in testing, GxP, and pharma compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sciences, or a related field such as Life Science or Medicine.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
