Description

Lead end-to-end test service delivery for PRO-Payment applications, managing daily operations and software testing projects from strategy to sign-off.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily test service delivery and software testing projects.
• Prepare test strategies, test plans, and all necessary test artefacts.
• Mobilize and supervise a team of testers to implement testing delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to align testing services with banking objectives and secure sign-off on deliverables.
• Lead defect triage meetings and report test metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Payment systems.
• Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager or equivalent.
• Experience managing software testing projects specifically for PRO-Payment applications.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as ALM or Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or a related field.
