Lead end-to-end test management for large-scale branch banking system implementations in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycles for large-scale branch banking system deployments.
• Oversee non-functional testing requirements, including performance and availability.
• Integrate testing processes within Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Utilize SDLC tools to track defects and manage test execution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant testing management experience.
• Proven track record in end-to-end test management for large-scale branch banking systems.
• Hands-on experience with Karate, HP ALM, JIRA, or Microfocus.
• Working knowledge of SDLC tools and automation frameworks.
• Practical application of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience conducting non-functional testing, specifically performance and availability.
• Direct experience working within the Philippines or Asian markets.

Preferred Skills

• Specific experience testing branch teller systems.
