Description

You will lead test planning and execution across User App, API, DB/ETL, and UAT streams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall test planning and execution across User App, API, DB/ETL, and UAT streams.
• Facilitate daily test standups, cross-team syncs, and defect triage meetings.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and escalation items across all testing groups.
• Maintain full traceability from requirements through test scenarios, defects, and release readiness.
• Prepare and share status reports, dashboards, and executive-level decks highlighting progress, risks, and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software testing managing multi-stream test programs.
• Hands-on understanding of UI and REST API automation using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and Postman.
• Experience coordinating test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness.
• Solid understanding of database, ETL, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines including Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
