Description

You will lead large-scale software testing projects, defining strategy and ensuring timely delivery of testing milestones.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define overall testing approach and strategy based on project requirements.
• Create and maintain test plans and schedules.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
• Communicate test progress, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure testing practices adhere to organizational standards and drive resolution of critical issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software testing.
• Expertise with test management tools: Jira, HP ALM, Zephyr, and TestRail.
• Experience defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies.
• Proven ability to manage test plans and schedules for large projects.
• Skill in stakeholder communication regarding testing status, risks, and defects.
• Experience ensuring adherence to established testing methodologies.
