Description

You will lead and manage a team of 50-60 testers covering manual, automation, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans aligned with project goals and quality standards.
• Ensure effective test coverage across manual, automation, and performance testing types.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing function efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to set objectives and align deliverables.
• Oversee test plan execution, manage defect tracking, and generate detailed test reports.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of working experience.
• Proficiency with manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Experience with Selenium and Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing teams of testers (50-60).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputed institute/University.
