Description

Lead a team of 50-60 testers across manual, automation, and performance testing. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies aligned with project goals and quality standards.
• Ensure effective test coverage across manual, automation, and performance testing types.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing function efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to set objectives.
• Oversee test plan execution, manage defect tracking, and generate detailed test reports.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of working experience in software testing.
• Experience managing teams of 50-60 testers.
• Proficiency with manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputed institute or university.
