Description

You will lead testing strategies and QA teams for mobile applications and microservices-based architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for mobile apps and microservices.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile and backend services.
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in testing and QA leadership.
• Hands-on mobile testing experience for both iOS and Android.
• Expertise in API and microservices testing using RestAssured, Postman, REST, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency with automation tools including Appium and Selenium.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Competency in UAT, SIT, Regression, and In-Sprint testing.
• Experience managing distributed QA teams in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
