Lead QA programs for US-based life insurance and annuity clients. Own test strategies, automation frameworks, and team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on consulting engagements, defining test strategies and providing expertise on testing aspects.
• Lead teams in functional, automation, and performance testing across complex insurance domains.
• Explore and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes using Selenium and Jmeter/Blazemeter.
• Manage estimation, planning, and execution timelines for consulting projects.
• Facilitate communication and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Test Manager working with insurance clients.
• Strong business domain knowledge in US Life Insurance and Annuity.
• Expertise in leading functional, automation, and performance testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Jmeter, and Blazemeter.
• Good knowledge of Callidus or similar insurance platforms.
• Technical proficiency in Java, J2EE, Jenkins, and DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in B.E, B.Tech, or related field.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud fundamentals and Agile process experience.
• Experience building automation frameworks and reporting tools.
