Description

Lead testing activities for complex Telecom projects and serve as the primary stakeholder contact.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize test strategies and plans within tight timelines using domain expertise.
• Build and manage testing teams, aligning resources with specific project skillsets.
• Assess project risks and create effective mitigation or contingency plans.
• Monitor test progress, manage defects, and provide regular dashboards to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on automation, performance testing, and effort optimization.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software testing.
• Extensive background in Telecom Testing.
• Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS testing.
• Proven ability to design test strategies for complex domains.
• Experience in defect management and progress monitoring.
• Ability to manage project risks and resource allocation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
