Lead quality assurance strategy and execution for credit, debit, and digital payment products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance the quality framework, developing automation tools for multiple product specifications.
• Own the overall testing strategy, governance framework, and end-to-end functional and regression testing execution.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver hands-free testing and monitoring tools.
• Define, track, and report quality metrics to provide actionable insights for improving time-to-market.
• Drive continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle through automation, process, and data management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Expertise in Test Management and Test Planning.
• Proven experience with Test Automation tool development and deployment.
• Strong background in Regression Testing and System Testing.
• Ability to lead teams in executing complex end-to-end testing cycles.
• Experience driving quality through automation, environment, and data management.
