Description

You will lead the quality assurance strategy and framework for credit, debit, and digital payment products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance the quality framework, including the development of automation tools for multiple product specifications.
  • Define the overall testing strategy, governance framework, and lead the team in executing end-to-end functional and regression testing.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver hands-free testing and monitoring tools.
  • Envision automation tool capabilities and work with engineering to prioritize, deliver, and deploy these tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle through automation, process, measurement, and data.
  • Define, track, and report quality metrics to provide actionable insights for improving time-to-market.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and test management.
  • Expertise in Test Automation and building automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of Regression Testing and System Testing.
  • Strong background in Software Testing and Test Planning.
  • Experience driving quality through automation, environment management, and data.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technology partners to execute quality controls.
  • Proven track record of managing quality strategy for complex product specifications.
