You will lead the quality assurance strategy and framework for credit, debit, and digital payment products.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance the quality framework, including the development of automation tools for multiple product specifications.
- Define the overall testing strategy, governance framework, and lead the team in executing end-to-end functional and regression testing.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver hands-free testing and monitoring tools.
- Envision automation tool capabilities and work with engineering to prioritize, deliver, and deploy these tools.
- Drive continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle through automation, process, measurement, and data.
- Define, track, and report quality metrics to provide actionable insights for improving time-to-market.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and test management.
- Expertise in Test Automation and building automation tools.
- Deep understanding of Regression Testing and System Testing.
- Strong background in Software Testing and Test Planning.
- Experience driving quality through automation, environment management, and data.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technology partners to execute quality controls.
- Proven track record of managing quality strategy for complex product specifications.
