Description

Lead testing efforts and manage quality assurance activities for solution implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review test cases and State test scripts to ensure coverage of user stories and use cases.
• Prioritize defects and support primary functional testing activities.
• Review vendor deliverables for testing protocols and execution, providing recommendations for changes.
• Assist State team members with integration, system, and user acceptance testing phases.
• Report testing status to the project team throughout all relevant project phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing test scripts, testing scenarios, and performing software testing in large, complex environments.
• 5+ years of experience across different SDLC phases, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• 2-3 years of experience testing with the IBM Cúram Social Program Management platform.
• Proficiency using Jira and Excel for logging and tracking defects.
• Ability to maintain working relationships with implementation vendors, business teams, and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
