You will lead testing operations and quality assurance processes from San Antonio, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead test management activities including requirement analysis, test case creation, execution, and defect management.
• Oversee functional and UAT testing cycles, ensuring full requirement traceability.
• Manage reporting and dashboard creation using BI tools for stakeholder visibility.
• Drive test-driven development and implement automated testing frameworks.
• Coordinate business demos, requirement clarifications, and cross-functional project leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Test Management and Reporting/Dashboard Management.
• Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong background in Automation Testing and functional testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter, qTest, and Jira.
• Expert knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud architectures, preferably with AWS certification.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the financial sector.
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter testing.
