Description

Lead testing initiatives for parallel teams in a banking environment, owning resource planning, estimation, and project tracking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple parallel testing teams and coordinate onsite-offshore workflows.
• Drive resource management, capacity planning, and project forecasting.
• Oversee functional, automation, API, and mobile testing strategies.
• Handle stakeholder communication, escalation management, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total experience in software testing and management.
• 6+ years in the Banking domain.
• Proven track record as a manager or senior manager leading teams.
• Expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Test Management tools and testing processes.
• Strong skills in estimation, budgeting, and program management.
• Proficiency in Functional, Automation, API, and Mobile testing.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive background in large-scale project planning and execution.
