Description

Lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing efforts for complex business architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and strategies based on complex requirements and business process flows.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, functional testing, UAT, and defect management.
• Lead teams through requirement clarification, business coordination, and demo execution.
• Maintain requirement traceability matrices and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Create data-driven reports and dashboards to communicate testing progress and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Test Management.
• Expertise in Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong background in requirement analysis and business process mapping.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, and defect management.
• Ability to translate complex business architecture into actionable test strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira and qTest.
• Exposure to automation testing.
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodology.
