Lead testing coordination for a database migration from Sybase to MSSQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate database migration testing from Sybase to MSSQL.
• Translate user requirements into actionable testing plans and scripts.
• Monitor testing progress against program milestones and report risks.
• Liaise with onshore and offshore teams and technical SMEs for consistent documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing.
• Proven experience managing database migrations involving Sybase and MSSQL.
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.
• Ability to develop testing plans, scripts, and results reviews with technical SMEs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Strong organizational skills for testing documentation and reporting.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience within the banking industry.
