Description

You will lead test management and oversee quality assurance for complex system integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the test strategy for assigned projects.
• Coordinate external resources and manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage, prioritize, and track the progression of identified issues.
• Support customers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management.
• Control and monitor Jira tickets while supporting teams with standard checks and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test management or team leadership roles.
• Proven experience developing governance processes and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of ALM solutions and Jira.
• Strong experience with Test Automation solutions.
• Practical experience with Test BI and Data Warehouse (DWH) environments.
• Deep understanding of ISTQB processes.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Experience working on large-scale, complex system integration projects.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB certifications.
