Description

You will lead all testing activities and serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and finalize test plans based on application, technology, and domain requirements.
• Build and manage testing teams based on specific project skillsets and opportunities.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigation or contingency plans.
• Monitor test progress, manage defects, and provide status dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
• Optimize team effort and costs while providing guidance on automation and performance testing.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in telecom testing.
• Extensive background in OSS / BSS testing.
• Proven ability to design test strategies within short timeframes.
• Experience in defect management and progress monitoring.
• Ability to lead team building and resource allocation.
• Strong risk assessment and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automation and performance testing guidance.
