Description

You will own the testing strategy and execution for the Manhattan WMS implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end testing strategy for Manhattan WMS (WMOS/MAWM) across SIT, E2E, Integration, Regression, Performance, UAT, and hypercare.
• Coordinate between warehouse operations, business SMEs, implementation partners, and internal IT/QA teams.
• Oversee test case creation, validating inbound/outbound flows and core WMS configuration against integrations (ERP, TMS, MHE).
• Lead defect governance using specified tracking tools, prioritizing issues based on business impact.
• Ensure environment and data readiness, coordinating master data loads and integration layer functionality for test cycles.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years in QA/Test Management.
• 4+ years experience with Manhattan WMS (WMOS / MAWM).
• Strong understanding of Manhattan architecture: DOM, SCI, WES, Wave Planning, Slotting, and Labor Management.
• Hands-on warehouse testing experience with RF devices and pick locations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.
• Experience with test management tools: JIRA, qTest, Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with API/EDI messaging (ASN, Inventory updates) and Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF).
• Ability to work with SQL/logs for troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree.
