Description

Lead testing operations and manage the end-to-end testing portfolio for complex systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, plan, schedule, and assign resources for the testing portfolio.
• Produce phase-level test strategies, test plans, and detailed cost and duration estimations.
• Approve test conditions, test cases, and environment or data requirements for execution.
• Direct defect management, status reporting, and test completion reporting.
• Lead and mentor test teams while managing work schedules and work breakdown structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Proven experience as a Test Leader for at least two years.
• Primary expertise in Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Testing.
• Deep understanding of project and system development life-cycles.
• Expertise in risk management within the financial industry context.
• Strong skills in productivity measurement and resource integration.
