Lead a team of 11 test engineers to ensure high-quality product verification and testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 11 test engineers to meet project and company goals.
• Oversee test execution for environmental, EMC, and optics tests throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage resource planning, project prioritization, and process improvements.
• Ensure testing processes comply with ISO17025 accreditation and laboratory quality standards.
• Drive strategy for equipment investments and staff competence development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing, product verification, or test development.
• Proven experience in a Test Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience with ISO17025 accreditation and quality management in test laboratories.
• Practical knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
• Ability to oversee environmental, EMC, and optics testing.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• University degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
