Description

Lead the end-to-end design and execution of testing strategies to drive high-quality software delivery across a multi-asset investment management platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable regression testing.
• Establish scalable test case management processes to ensure traceability and coverage of business and technical requirements.
• Define and track quality KPIs and SLAs to optimize test coverage, execution time, and defect detection.
• Partner with application development teams to create flows, processes, automation, and tooling.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define testable acceptance criteria and promote a quality-first culture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years in a leadership or test management capacity.
• Hands-on expertise in automation frameworks including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or JUnit/TestNG.
• Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman.
• Proficiency with test case management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or qTest.
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking.
• Ability to manage test environments and integrate automation into DevOps pipelines.
• Strong background in financial services, specifically Order Management and Post-Trade Processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SimCorp Dimension, Charles River Development (CRD), or Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end investment lifecycle across asset classes.
