Description

You will lead testing efforts for short video and e-commerce mobile applications to ensure high quality and user experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans covering functional, performance, security, and compatibility testing.
• Design and execute test cases to ensure full coverage across iOS and Android platforms.
• Track testing progress and synchronize activities with product development cycles to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development, product, and UI/UX teams to integrate testing into the design process.
• Optimize testing processes by introducing new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or a similar role.
• Proven experience testing native and web applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and QALC methodologies and QA concepts.
• Experience leading projects involving cross-team collaboration.
• Experience acting as a technical lead to mentor Test Analysts.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for technical documentation and international communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with short video or e-commerce applications.
