Description

Develop PC-based software test solutions for sensor characterization, including accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers, pressure, and ultrasonic sensors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy software to test electrical and mechanical sensor parameters using Matlab, Python, or LabVIEW.
• Enhance test software scalability, code reuse, accuracy, and repeatability.
• Automate data analysis and report generation tasks using internal infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure for reliable data collection.
• Document best practices for sensor characterization and testing.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing test data analysis software or scripts using Matlab or Python.
• Proficiency in Python coding.
• Experience developing unit, system, and corner-case tests for PC-based software.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or Mercurial.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in semiconductor, sensor, or MEMS test development.
• Experience developing and debugging embedded firmware.
• Familiarity with analog and digital hardware development at the PCB level.
