Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain the test plan for each wave across multiple SIT cycles (ITC1/ITC2/Security SIT), UAT, and regression testing milestones.
• Facilitate alignment on testing entry/exit criteria, test data volume assumptions, and environment readiness across all workstreams.
• Track and communicate testing progress against the program plan and wave deployment schedule, including security role/authorization validation in QAS prior to UAT entry.
• Monitor defect resolution rates and ensure P1/P2 defects are resolved before UAT entry; track UAT pass rates against the 98% threshold.
• Maintain centralized testing trackers and defect logs in JIRA as the single source of truth, including RAID tracking and test evidence/UAT signoff coordination for Go/No-Go decisions.

Skills Required:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP testing coordination or test management; exposure to at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Project Management to coordinate cross-functional testing activities across multiple waves and stakeholders.
• SAP TESTING knowledge across SIT/ITC, UAT, and regression testing with quality gate criteria and entry/exit tracking.
• Test environment familiarity (Dev, QAS, UAT, PreProd, Production) and understanding of how data migration mock loads align to testing cycles.
• Defect management and governance discipline, including traceable logging of testing activities, defects, and signoffs in JIRA.

Good to Have:

• SAP experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration programs (ECC to S/4 exposure preferred).

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
