Description

Own the end-to-end test coordination and governance for SAP S/4HANA migration waves, ensuring quality gates and defect resolution across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the test plan across multiple SIT cycles, UAT, and regression milestones.
• Facilitate alignment on testing entry/exit criteria, test data volume assumptions, and environment readiness.
• Track testing progress against the program plan and wave deployment schedule, including security role validation.
• Monitor defect resolution rates, ensuring P1/P2 defects are resolved before UAT entry and pass rates meet the 98% threshold.
• Maintain centralized testing trackers and defect logs in JIRA as the single source of truth for audit and signoff.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP testing coordination or test management.
• Exposure to at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP testing across SIT, ITC, UAT, and regression with quality gate criteria.
• Proficiency in JIRA for defect management, RAID tracking, and test evidence logging.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional testing activities across multiple waves and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with test environments (Dev, QAS, UAT, PreProd) and data migration mock loads.

Preferred Skills

• SAP experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration programs (ECC to S/4 exposure preferred).
