Description

You will own silicon photonic assembly and test services, processing LaMP and LoCoW wafers, PCBA boards, and module finished products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build product subassemblies and final assemblies following manufacturing best practices.
• Test products and subassemblies for functionality and quality adherence.
• Inspect finished products against customer specifications.
• Identify and resolve issues related to equipment, devices, or products.
• Monitor and report process adjustments to production engineering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience in clean room procedures and environments.
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Ability to set up and operate production equipment.
• Material preparation and assembly for production workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment and device issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with silicon photonic assembly processes.
• Background in PCBA board manufacturing.
