Description

You will support vehicle operations and execute complex testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vehicle logs and test data using in-house tools to trace failures for root cause analysis.
• Execute mission prep procedures, including launching software across multiple devices and verifying configurations.
• Support defect management from recognition through resolution.
• Conduct basic software operation tasks and provide written/oral feedback to engineering teams.
• Execute testing and data collection to evolve support processes and tools.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience running complex or vehicle testing.
• Basic QA testing experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Scripting experience using a high-level language such as Python.
• Ability to code in Python or another relevant language.
• Experience with issue reporting tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience with communication buses (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Suites.
