Description

You will support vehicle operations by executing complex testing procedures and analyzing data to resolve failures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vehicle logs and test data using in-house tools for root cause analysis.
• Execute mission prep procedures, launching software across multiple devices and verifying configurations.
• Support defect management from initial recognition through final resolution.
• Conduct basic software operation tasks and provide written or oral feedback to engineering teams.
• Execute testing and data collection to evolve support processes and tools.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience running complex or vehicle testing.
• Basic QA testing experience.
• Proficiency with issue reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Scripting experience using Python or another high-level language.
• Experience with communication buses (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Suites.
