Description

You will test, certify, and document results for printers, drivers, and solutions within a lab environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing and certification of the printer fleet, drivers, and installed solutions following documented processes.
• Set up new printers in the lab, including firmware downgrades and device resets.
• Install, remove, and maintain printer drivers using the AMP tool.
• Manage lab documentation regarding certifications, toner, and supplies.
• Maintain lab organization and report issues, toner requests, or supply needs to the lab lead.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a laboratory or testing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently within set testing timelines.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to follow repetitive testing processes accurately.
• Physical ability to lift paper boxes independently.
