Description

Lead accessibility testing and audit activities for web and mobile applications to ensure conformance with WCAG and ADA standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing using assistive technologies to evaluate conformance to WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 level AA.
• Create, document, and manage test plans, test cases, and scripts based on software requirements and design documents.
• Execute functional, end-to-end, and regression testing to ensure application reliability and quality.
• Document and prioritize critical ADA defects and report areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to provide feedback and act as a subject matter expert during system design.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with knowledge of QA methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agile projects.
• In-depth experience with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and Talkback.
• Proficiency with automated testing tools such as WAVE, axe, and ANDI.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or GitLab.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience testing across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems.
• Ability to lead QA testers and provide technical solutions to development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or Engineering.
• Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
