Description

You will execute testing processes within an Agile environment to ensure software quality and functional alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and execute test plans, standards, procedures, and user acceptance test scripts.
• Manage test environments and define success, entry, and exit criteria.
• Record, verify, and document testing results while tracking issues and risks using Microsoft tracking tools.
• Maintain the requirement traceability matrix and participate in data mapping and functional specification analysis.
• Draft reports and present recommendations regarding risks, impacts, and contingency plans to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Agile Testing experience.
• Regression Testing expertise.
• Development of user acceptance test scripts.
• Experience testing web/internet POS, harvest reporting, and IVR systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tracking tools.
• Ability to perform data mapping and confirmation of data transfers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
