You will perform bench testing on a diversified line of parts, subassemblies, and completed units.
Responsibilities
- Execute bench testing using simple limit direct reading gauges and meters following established procedures.
- Build and fabricate test setups for less complicated test systems.
- Connect products to test equipment, monitor gauges, and record results.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide testing processes.
- Maintain work areas according to 5S standards and participate in Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fuel, Hydraulic, and/or Pneumatic testing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Experience with direct reading gauges and meters.
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Must reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA (Active-Duty Military exempt from this requirement).
