Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for core BIOS releases, ensuring product quality and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test scripts and scenarios to validate BIOS functionality and performance.
• Identify testable scenarios, create test documentation, and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Perform smoke testing for system readiness and execute detailed test cases.
• Log, track, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution and review user stories to identify ambiguities.
• Estimate time, effort, and resource dependencies for assigned work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BIOS testing with Python automation.
• Hands-on experience with BIOS/UEFI platforms.
• Proficiency in OS Interface and SMBIOS Interface.
• Strong Python skills for automation tasks and test design.
• Ability to design efficient test cases and set up required test data.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and standards.
• Experience with bug tracking and defect management tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of BIOS tools and testing environments.
