Description

Lead independent software testing efforts, guide other testers on project execution, and ensure components meet usability, performance, and compatibility standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Construct systematic test scenarios and test cases based on customer user stories or requirements.
• Execute test cases and scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects while documenting all test results.
• Perform gap analysis between requirement fitment and the technology stack.
• Manage test data setup, smoke testing, and requirement traceability matrices (RTM).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in Java and OOPs concepts.
• Experience developing automation scripts using Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with the BDD Cucumber framework.
• Strong ability to design efficient test cases and scripts from user stories.
• Expertise in software testing methodologies, processes, and standards.
• Ability to perform both test automation and manual test execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the BDD Cucumber framework.
