Description

Drive test automation strategy and standards across SaaS platforms and DevOps pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define automation standards and best practices aligned with CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to improve test execution speed and efficiency.
• Mentor product teams on automation tools, scripting, and framework selection.
• Coordinate with Scrum and DevOps groups to implement and execute automation plans.
• Analyze automation metrics to advance testing maturity and develop proof-of-concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience using at least three of: Java, .NET, C#, Python, Salesforce, Heroku, MuleSoft, Kafka, or Snowflake.
• Proven experience with shift-left quality assurance within DevOps CI/CD environments.
• Expertise in at least three test automation tools such as JMeter, Selenium, SoapUI, Gatling, Appium, SauceLabs, JUnit, Mockito, or Robot Framework.
• Strong understanding of REST and demonstrated experience in REST API testing.
• Experience with SCM and CI systems, specifically GitLab.
• Experience executing integration, API, regression, and user-acceptance testing.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and the Atlassian suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
