You will lead testing automation initiatives within a Center of Excellence (CoE) framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation strategy and standards across the Center of Excellence.
• Establish best practices for testing automation workflows.
• Oversee the implementation of testing frameworks.
• Lead technical direction for automation engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proven experience operating within a Center of Excellence (CoE) model.
• Strong background in testing frameworks and automation tools.
• Ability to define and enforce engineering standards.
• Experience leading technical direction for engineering teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
