You will manage certification activities for the 777X-9 Actuation group, specifically focusing on thrust reverser systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute certification activities by authoring qualification test plans, reports, summaries, and system safety assessments.
• Lead test teams through sequence compilation, progress monitoring, and real-time troubleshooting of unforeseen test events.
• Coordinate the thrust reverser system work statement and integrate products with suppliers to meet airplane requirements.
• Participate in test readiness reviews, safety reviews, and data/control systems checkouts to mitigate risk.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to program leadership while managing certification schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace testing and certification.
• Knowledge of Aerospace Environmental Testing, including thermal and vibration testing per DO-160 or MIL-STD-810.
• Experience working with 14 CFR Part 25 and EASA CS-25 regulations.
• Direct experience with thrust reverser controls or similar aircraft actuation systems.
• Familiarity with integration, verification, and certification processes.
• Knowledge of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) and Airworthiness Directives (ADs).
• Ability to support development assurance requirements validation and critical system safety assessments.
• Strong problem solving and oral communication skills.
