Description

You will manage the coordination of testing and release efforts for eligibility and enrollment system expansions and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts across all releases, ensuring minimal missing coordination tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date test plans and schedules, updating them within two business days of any changes.
• Manage test requirement traceability documentation to ensure complete and accurate records.
• Maintain federally required documentation to prevent critical omissions or compliance issues.
• Plan, execute, and monitor testing and release activities, including risk management and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience coordinating testing efforts and managing both DDI and M&O release efforts.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing and release management.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including timeline and resource management.
• Proven ability to manage testing tools, methodologies, and release management processes.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with state agencies, healthcare providers, and vendors.
• Experience with risk management and monitoring release activities.
• Ability to manage complex integration requirements involving COTS products and Enterprise Service Buses.
