Description

Execute testing and support for hydraulic valves and vane/internal gear pumps.

Responsibilities

• Execute function, fatigue life, and functional endurance testing on hydraulic components using test benches.
• Perform failure analysis and provide technical inputs to optimize valve and pump designs.
• Prepare and release detailed test reports.
• Maintain and update the test facility equipment and setup.
• Coordinate testing requirements with design, virtual engineering, and international counterparts.

Required Skills

• 1-9 years of experience in hydraulic component testing.
• Hands-on experience with test benches for hydraulic valves and pumps.
• Ability to conduct fatigue life and functional endurance testing.
• Competency in failure analysis for hydraulic systems.
• Experience collaborating with design and virtual engineering teams.
