Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain ATF test cases and ATF scripts for ServiceNow workflows.
• Perform functional testing across ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, and Service Catalog/Service Portal.
• Validate Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes and ensure end-to-end functional correctness.
• Support implementation and integrations by creating test documentation, executing test plans, and reporting results.
• Collaborate with teams to understand technical/functional requirements and troubleshoot issues during testing.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise ITSM testing and 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
• ServiceNow ITSM and hands-on testing of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog/Service Portal).
• ServiceNow ESM experience with functional validation of enterprise service workflows.
• Scripting for ATF scripts using JavaScript, Python, and/or Perl.
• Ability to work with Unix Shell and Windows Shell for test automation support and troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

• TOSCA for test automation exposure.
• ISTQB certification.
• Certified System Administrator certification.
• PSM or CSM certification.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
